Well done to our 5 sailors representing QCYC last weekend:

Alastair Gifford won the Optimist Championship in New Caledonia – He claimed the title with great consistency over the 15 races!

Hamish Clark (9th) and Callum Radford (15th) both had a great regatta at the Sir Peter Blake Memorial Regatta in Auckland. Well done to both of them in a fleet of 96 sailors in the Open Optimists.

Taylor Burn was also competing at SPBR in his Laser Radial - 12th in a fleet of 32 in challenging conditions at times.

Seren Adams sailed in his first starling regatta at the South Island Starling Champs in Nelson - 7th place out of 9 sailors with one race finishing 4th – Well done Seren!
