ACCESS TO THE CLUBROOMS

QCYC members may access the club outside sailing/training days and can apply for a key FOB to do so.

1. Only full financial members of QCYC are eligible for a Key FOB.
2. Once an application has been made and approved by the Executive Committee a key FOB will be issued.
3. The system will only allow for one key per name.
4. Keyholders must be 16 years or older.
5. Typically, access will only be provided to the boatshed and changing rooms unless the applicant performs wider duties for the club.
6. When accessing the club outside normal sailing, key holders must ensure all doors are locked when they are on the water and when leaving the club.
7. Keyholders must advise the club immediately if a key FOB is lost.
8. QCYC reserves the right to cancel a key on the basis of unpaid fees or evidence of poor security management.
